1. Which countries do you offer shipping to?

A: We offer worldwide shipping. We offer free shipping to the U.S. and Canada and flat shipping to the rest of the world.

     

    2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    A: Our processing time is 2 to 5 business days and depending on the destination country for the order, shipping times may vary between 7 to 25 days to reach your doorstep. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed via email and a tracking number once your product is shipped and on the way. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. At any point in that process feel free to Contact Us and we can provide updated information on your order.


    3. What do I do if I haven't received my order?

    A: If you don't receive a tracking number, you are unable to track your order with the given tracking number, or you have not received your package within 30 days, please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you.

     

    4. What do I do if I received a defective order?

    A: Our products are shipped in sturdy packages and inspected before they are shipped out. But if you do receive a damaged product we would like to apologize. You can Contact Us by email and report the damaged item within 5 days of receipt of the package. We would encourage you to share a picture of the damaged product in the email which can help us improve our shipping services. A refund or a replacement will be issued depending on the availability of the product.

     

    5. How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

    A: Orders can only be modified within 24 hours of order placement and we request you to Contact Us within that time for any changes we would be happy to help you.
