1. Which countries do you offer shipping to?

    2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    A: It takes between 10 to 40 days (not including 2-5 days processing time) to reach your order at your doorstep. When your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. After the processing time when the order gets shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and you can Track Your Order on our website. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


    3. What do I do if I haven't received my order?

    A: If you don't receive a tracking number, or you are unable to track your order with the given tracking number, or you have not received your package within 45 days, please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you.

    4. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”, what do I do?

    A: For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please Contact Us.

    5. What do I do if I received a defective order?

    A: First of all, we would like to apologize! Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 10 business days of receipt of the package. We would encourage you to report the damaged item as soon as you receive it. A picture showing the damage is required. Upon inspection, if it fits our criterion for replacement, shipping for a return will be paid by the buyer.

    Please do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. Once we verify the damage, you will receive an email about the status and a return shipping address. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product. Replacement time for the damaged item will depend on the availability of the product.

    6. How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

    A: Orders cannot be changed once the product has been shipped. But if you wish to make changes to your order, we request you to Contact Us within 24hrs of order placement and we would be happy to help you.

    7. What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

    A: We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
